Damages policy

1- All items must be checked on delivery wherever possible. Any damages must be noted on the delivery or refuse and send back with the courier. If unable to check goods the delivery note must be signed for unchecked item and reported to us within 24 hours.

2- We will not accept goods back for damages if the delivery note is signed a received in good condition.

3- All courier deliveries that are received damaged must be reported within 24 hours.

4- Any damaged items that are reported within the allotted time will be replaced by DLH autorecyclers Ltd wherever possible. If we are unable to replace a refund will be issued once we have received the item back and if any post costs are owed these will be refunded to the buyer.

5- We can issue a partial refund for the damage if the buyer prefers we must be noted within 24 hours. We may ask for photographic evidence of the damage.

6- Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement.

        Returns policy

1- The buyer is responsible for all postage cost when returning an item.

2- A handling fee of 10% (does not include postage costs) will be applied to cover a restocking fee and administration costs.

3- When returning goods they must be well packed and in original condition.

4- Returning goods must be accompanied with an original invoice or PayPal receipt and a brief note explaining why the item is being returned.

5-please note we can't exchange goods or complete refunds until the original item has been returned in the original condition.

6-Any painted items or items not in the original condition will not be accepted as a return.

7-Please note if you fail to comply with the points as above you will not receive a replacement or refund.

Delivery policy

1-  For all delivery please leave a contact number on your order.

2- The buyer is responsible to make sure someone is available to accept delivery as a signature may be required.

3- If a signature is required the item will not be left without a signature.

4- We only deliver to addresses on eBay. Unless contact is made and an additional address is provided.

5- We will attempt 2 deliveries if then becomes a failed delivery a delivery charge will be applied to cover our costs of the item to be resent.

6- If you require delivery outside mainland UK (northern/southern Ireland, Scottish isle and Scottish highlands ect) please contact us before purchase with your postcode so we can give you a postage quote.

7-  Parts that are prone to breaking, bending or physical damage may be a collection only service. However if the buyer confirms it will be ok to send the part will be sent under their acknowledgement and are held liable for any damages.

8- If we cannot supply/refuse a postage service the buyer is welcome to supply their own at the own risk.
