We have the support of the Environment Agency to dismantle vehicles that have arrived at the end of their natural life. Our dismantling area, complete with fluid removal and waste oil spillage tanks, allow us to dismantle vehicles and recycle their parts without any damage to the environment.

PAYMENT After purchase, we expect payment to be made within 3 working days, unless otherwise advised and agreed by ourselves.

POSTAGE & PAYMENT FREE POSTAGE is to NORTHERN IRELAND AND MAINLAND UK only (zone 1), excluding Highlands & Islands. Please ask for a postage quote if you need the item delivered elsewhere. We will ship items overseas but this will incur extra postage costs. Please enquire about postage costs prior to purchase. . We aim to despatch parts the same day, usually by 48 hour courier, but due to us being based in northern Ireland, it may take one extra day for parts to reach the uk mainland

OUR PARTS All items are suitable for UK right hand drive vehicles ( unless specified) All doors , panels , boot lids will be supplied bare , without glass, as our courier cannot guarantee against breakages. All doors , panels , bumpers and bonnets are sent at buyers risk. By purchasing body panels from us, you are accepting responsibility for damage that may occur in transit. Therefore we advise collection of body panels.

OUR TERMS All of our parts will be used items unless specified. They will be in good usable condition ( unless specified). All electrical items that need recoding such as ecu's and airbag units will not be eligible for refunds. We will however exchange where possible or issue a credit note. Engines are supplied bare unless we specify otherwise. Engine warranty is only applicable if cambelt( if applicable) is changed and appropriate oil is changed , by a qualified mechanic. In the event of a claim, we will need to see proof of these works being carried out.

GUARANTEE AND RETURNS Our parts are covered for 14 days from date of sale. All parts are marked for identification purposes. If a part that you receive is faulty we will send a replacement part or, should a replacement not be available then a refund, including postage costs. Should you need to return a purchased item,that you purchased in error, you should notify us, and the item should be returned within 14 days , in same condition as you have received it. You will have to pay for the return postage. A refund can be issued after we have checked the security markings we have added to the part. Refunds are usually made within 7 days of receiving returns. By bidding or buying our parts, you are agreeing to have read and agreed by out terms of sale Guarantee covers parts only and labour claims cannot be made.
